PSK Standardisointi (PSK Standards Association) is common development unit for industry and industry supporting companies. PSK was established 1973 and it acts as a neutral, independent and widely recognized meeting point of different parties, influencors and stakeholders.
The target of PSK is to support members in their national and international business by standardization and training.
The total turnover of membership companies is approximately EUR 125 billion, which describes the magnitude of PSK operation.
Over the last few years, the expertise and experience of over 250 experts have been yearly working in standardization workgroups.
The task of experts is to solve common problems and to create working methods that facilitate business co-operation.
500 active experts within PSK participate in various ways to create solutions for common problems for example by providing statements for standard proposals.
PSK publishes national PSK standards providing practical and specific applicable solutions and tools based on international and European framework standards.
PSK standards are published for members in PSK home page’s secured extranet area, where the access is only for members. For non-members the standards are sold as printed copies.
